Why worry about it? The amount of oil left after drain is so little that will not affect the new oil.

The amount left in after an oil drain is around 3-4 quarts. 18 qts total capacity.
Are you sure Mark? The HPO reservoir only holds about 1 to 1 1/2 quarts and I know mine only takes 15 quarts on regular oil changes and when I did studs and gaskets I drained the reservoir out and oil rails obviously and when I refilled it took exactly 4 gallons to reach full on the dipstick.

18qt dry is correct. But unless you have serious oil issues you don't need to worry about the oil in the HPOP.
