It's a mic for hands free, not blue tooth though old school wired kind. Used to have them in my work trucks.

Yuh, that was installed long before Bluetooth crapped its first diaper. There's one in our RCLB; truck used to be owned by a veterinarian. Also just found, it's wired to a big flat Motorola box bolted to the floor under the seat. Def. has that Ingsoc / Central Services feel....
