Well, there is no gasket as such, it's a super sticky gray silicone you get from IH or Ford.
There are several ways to do it.
Best is to pull the motor.
Next is to unbolt the body and jack it up, then jack up the motor.
Last is to cut out the crossmember then weld it back in.
Any way you choose it's not an easy job.
It can be a pain. I did it about 5 times on a '94.5 and the whole time it was the HPOP:doh: You can lift the engine enough to get the old sealant off and new on. I removed the tranny for better access.
