99 Ford F250, 6 speed-lost cam sensor while driving 75 mph-replaced- service engine soon light on-code was #8 misfire. After a long visit to Ford- said pilot bushing caused the light.Replaced - engine now has a shudder above 1300 RPM, and mileage in the dumper at 16 (for 165,000 has been 19 plus).Clutch was done 15,000 miles ago- no problems til the sensor failure.Just got towed back to Ford as wouldn't go into gear - now a cracked clutch fork.1200 miles since they had the tranny down for the pilot bushing. No news on the shudder or poor mileage.
Any thoughts form you diesel geru's???:
