Using an ODBII scanner, I'm seeing a reported 13psi of boost when rolling on the throttle hard on an uphill in 6th gear, unloaded. Is that normal? What's the normal max boost one of these engines has stock with no upgrades or chip installed?

Sounds a lil low, you should be seeing 15-18... i'd get some real gauges(mechanical boost gauge, only like 30 bucks) and see what y ou get.

With the AIS air intake I can get over 25 on my 2000 auto, all stock.

2500 or so I think. Haven't paid much attention to RPM's, just EGT's when it happens.

Stock? Your PCM should de fuel around 23PSI.
It was either after the AIS or after muffler delete. Can't remember which but it would stop at around 20 or 21 but not goes up to 25 I believe. I'll double check.
