Hey guys,

A few questions for ya - things that everyone should know about their vehicle but I haven't yet been able to figure out about mine... Can you guys tell me:

- Front Axle? Spline count?
- Rear Axle? Spline count?
- I know I've got a LS 3.73
- Ive got a manual TCase. What brand/model is my tcase though?
- Bolt pattern?

Thanks a lot :thumb:

Dana 50 front and Sterling 10.5 rear (being you have 3.73's in an F350). Something like 31 or 35 spline comes to mind, but not sure.

NP 231 comes to mind, but that might be a jeep thing

my 99 350 has a dana 60 front nad sterling 10.25 rear. i believe the front is a 30 spline.
the bolt pattern i think is 8 on 170mm or something wired like that.
the transfercase is the same brand as the jeep ones but i dont remeber the number.

Uh oh, differing thoughts on my axles. D50 vs D60, 10.25 vs 10.5...

Anyone else have any info?

Thanks for the info so far guys.

transfer case is a np271.
our bolt pattern is unique to say the least. I have no clue why they changed from the old 8x6.5 to this 8x170mm pattern, wheel options are limited

visually the d60 and d50 look the same, but i think there is a tag somewhere on it that says for sure
