Still having an issue with Hot starts on my truck. So far between myself and my off duty Ford Diesel mechanic we have replaced. FICM ( Due to other problems), Dummy Plugs and STC. Anyone have any other ideas? Stnadpipes were fine when we replaced the Dummy Plugs. The only idea we have left is to bring it into Ford and do an HPOP air test on it, while on there computer. Anybody have any other ideas.

your on the right track with the air test. Sound like injector o rings and a cracked branch tube are all thats left.
