I have a 2007 f-250 6.0. I have replaced the ficm module & now will not start. It currently had 116,000 miles on it. Yesterday it started & ran for a couple of minutes then quit. Now won't start back up. Please help! The reason I replaced the ficm module was because of low voltage. Since I have replaced it has started but, when I turn it off wouldn't start back. I fnally got it started back up after it ran my batteries down & sprayed wd 40 in it. just took a while to get it started. Don't know what to do or how to fix.

have you checked the voltage on te new ficm? check the harness on the back to make sure they all clipped in tight. other then that, id check your fuel delivery i.e. filters, and maybe even the batteries.

You replaced the FICM...but what did you replace it with? Used one from wrecking yard, remanned one from Ford or repaired one from online source????? And, did you get the right year application of the FICM...they are all the same physically, but programming isn't....and finally, did you perform a reflash on FICM, PCM, and TCM to make sure all software is current and the same calibration line?
Also, if you have the ability to read voltages on the FICM, then did you take a look at the synch's...are they both present, How about ICP pressure? IPR duty cycle? Engine needs 500 psi ICP minimum to start.....slow to build pressure with IPR duty going to 85% would indicate a high pressure oil problem. Fuel pressure at the final stage filter should be at least 45 psi.
and as stated by previous poster....the connectors at the FICM should be locked into place...if not, then bad juju ensues.
