Ok so to make a long story short here my truck is a 2004 f350 king ranch with the late model 04 style 6.0l. I had coolant blowing out my degas bottle. So I torn the engine down, sent heads out.... Cracked valve seats. So I bought new heads, head gaskets, egr delete, new oem ford oil cooler kit. I installed all this stuff removed the ipr valve and replaced the screen and o-ring. I did find one section of the hpop filter was missing from it but the truck started and ran great other than head gasket problem. Replaced the screen for hpop rebuilt oil cooler installed new head gaskets, heads, head studs intstalled the up dated stand pipes and dummy plugs etc. truck won't start now. Icp psi is zero. I've been cranking it on and off for 2 nights now. Did I possibly do something wrong? I be done injectors egr deletes oil cooler delete's etc so I'm no newbie. I just have a hard time thinking my hpop just let go because my truck drive great before the tear Down. Can any body possibly help me figure this out please.

How about your ICP without a reading of 500 psi oil pressure your pcm will not trigger the injectors.
Try unplugging the icp and try to restart. This puts a default setting in the pcm to start on. If it starts and stays running the icp is bad. If not you still have HP oilsystem issues.

I did that yesterday and no dice. I do have good news I got it figured out. I air tested the hpop system the leak sounded like it was on the drivers side pulled the valve cover and found that my buddie who was helping me installed the stand pipe in the dummy plug location and the dummy plug in the stand pipe. So I had a major hpop leak. Swapped the plugs and psi tested and no more leaks.
