Turn the key nothing went under hook took the yellow wire touched it to battery cranked checked all fuses any suggestions

Get ForScan or ForScan Lite.
Check for power at the OBDII port.
Check for codes and post code numbers.

You could try removing the middle PCM plug and then see if it cranks.
Also worth checking the fan clutch wiring.
