I just bought a 2003 Excursion that was in a lite front end accident. Very little damage other than the airbags and a slightly bent front bumper. But she has some other problems. The speedo runs backwards. As in needle starts at 100 and swings towards 0 as you drive. Other cluster functions are fine. Airbags were replaced, and still no horn. The flasher relay ticks constantly but the blinkers and hazards work fine. Does anyone have any ideas about where to start trouble shooting? Im at a loss with this. Please help!
