Alright guys, it's been a while since my last update, but you can view the current setup in my signature. I have a few questions about where to go from here.

1) E-fuel is my definite next move. I know what filters, pump, and regulator I'm going to use. My questions on this are : Does anyone know of a list of necessary fittings to run e-fuel? And I've been running my stage 2s on the stock system for about 4-5k miles, has there likely been major damage done to my new injectors in this time?

2) I have two options for my other upgrades: either a D66 turbo, or finish my SD intercooler and get a T500 HPOP. The turbo would solve the issue of constantly watching boost and not being able to turn the chip up, but not my egts and low hpop pressure. The IC and T500 would solve my high egts and the hpop pressure issue, but not my overspooling problem. Which should I go with?

3) If I don't do the turbo, is there any cheap and semi-easy way to run a wastegate on my stock turbo so I can solve the overspool problem?

4) After these mods, I'm definitely sure that my clutch is going to need an upgrade. Any suggestions on a clutch that will hold up when I have ALL the mods listed on my truck that I won't have to barter my first born for?

No, they should be fine unless you pump is shot and not making pressure while cruising.

HPOP, and watch the boost gauge till you get another charger. My HPOP is weaker than ****, and i think its hurting performance worse than my up-pipe leaks. Slow to build pressure and low pressure makes it laggy and then like it hits a wall. Not to mention its just smokey and EGT's jump up. Complete PITA.

Not really without doing some custom fabbing, and a good wastegate isn't cheap.

1..... e-fuel is needed like yesterday, look in 7.3 tech section under mod help and there is a thread in there about parts lists and how different people did their e-fuel


2.... id do intercooler, low hpop isnt damaging anything, and an intercoller install will drop boost some and lower egts untill turbo could be had

3... wastegate like said will need fabbed, and really not much room to put one in

thanks guys, I'll just do the e-fuel and IC first and see what I need most from there. Those two are the cheapest anyway :thumb:
