I dont put many miles on my engines and thats why I change it every three months. I heard the oil breaks down.

I change mine every 3000 to 4000 depending on time. The reason I do it so often is I have access to free oil!

Wow, 19000 miles. I thought I had low miles at 35000.

Welcome to the org.

I use Royal Purple 15-40 and a Ford Filter and change it every 5k miles. No problems and runs great.

AMSOIL

I use AMSOIL 15-40 also and change twice a year. Recently added their Bypass unit for the 6.0 with the 2 micron filter.

Welcome to the addiction :icon_ford:
