Well kinda new, it's been going on for a few months.
It has a buzzing vibration at about 60mph, it dosnt really do it under acceleration or when let all the way off the pedal, it's worst right in that sweet spot.
I can also feel it under hard acceleration from a dead stop.

I have replaced the u-joints in the rear section of the driveshaft and the swing bearing, none of witch seemed bad.

I'm just gonna throw something out there, is it a droning sound, or is it something you feel significantly? Loose turbo mounting bolts can apparently cause a hideous droning/vibration sound. Maybe i'm in left field?

It has a bit of harmonic drone to it, you can hear it making the bed buzz and vibrate

I just had the turbo off doing studs, the vibration was there before and after.

There is a tsb on that for a bracket update I believe. Other than that I would say it's your exhaust system rubbing or out of alignment during torque.

Do you know what bracket?
With my side pipes all the exhaust Is mounted solid to the frame, only part that has any flex or movement is the down pipe.

It really feels like a driveshaft issue, but I don't know what would make it start all the sudden. I guess I'll have to pull the whole thing out and take it to the drive shaft shop.

You may also want to check your tires tread for a chunk of tread missing; like a piece gouged out. Can make a heack of a droneing noise at road speeds especially on a dually.

From the looks of the tsb, it dosnt apply to my truck. It's an early 03 with the different pedestal and ten vein.

It's a pretty serious vibration, I can feel it in the floor, pedals and seat.

Ok, like you said, you won't know if it's your drive line until you pull it out. Keep us updated.
