Wondering if the tech and interior guru's could smile fortune my way, is it actually possible to adjust my stereo so that it will do like my 2011 and keep playing for maybe 4-5 minutes like my mustang and cut off when you open the door, in other words I want the stereo on while car is off if door opens while key is out stereo goes off

Yes. it would have to be on a system of relays.


your stereo running off of your ignition once ignition is off relay kicks back to 2nd powersource that powersource stays on until you open the door, switched by the jam button to another relay cutting off power.

its a more complex setup but im sure i could figure it out.


you just neeed a seprate power source and a switch to turn it off.
