We have a 2008 F-250 6.4 Diesel with 17,000 miles on it, We bought it in Feb. 2009. Our problems started around 10,000 miles with a broken Steering gear and a replacement of 7 of the 8 fuel injectors needing to be replaced due to a recall, In the shop a little over a week that time. Get it back and both Batteries go bad and truck will no longer start so they give us two new batteries under warrenty. Then goes in for a oil leak, can't find where it's coming from, it ends up being a bed plate leak. So,it's suppose to be a week for that, then they come back and said oh we found another oil leak so another week to take everything apart again. But it ended up they DROPPED our engine while putting it back in and smashed the oil pan so had to redo it all again!!! Then we get our truck back after 2 weeks and it has 3 dents in it,oil everywhere, smashed hoses, broken transmission line brackets, brake line under neath cab just floating around and Cut our wires for our HID lights!!! So, of course we are angry, if they cant get the little stuff right what did they mess up in our engine?? So, then our drag link goes bad, so that gets fixed by warrenty. When it's at the dealership for the drag link the service advisor tells us that their are some broken body pins(???) on the cab and that he isnt impressed with the dealership's work on putting our truck back together??? So, two months later our brake peddle keeps vibrating every 5 mins and we realize that the dealership who did our engine stuff never put the air suspension pump back so it had just been floating and rubbing on our brake lines in the Front of the engine compartment. I got no where with Ford so i got the BBB involved, and all Ford has offered us so far is have a field supervisor look over our truck and $500 bucks, we of course said no!! Any advice on what we should do next, we will be going to abritration in a few weeks and we have contacted a lawyer but they said we dont really have a case even though it has been in the shop for over 30 days!! Thanks!!
