I am trying to piece together a build that will get me into the some nice power for a 6.0

I am gonna be buying a 2004-2006 6.0 and so far this is my idea of what I am going to need.

Headstuds guages 4 inch turboback and a IDP XCAL 2 or 3 with some nice tunes :icon_ford:

what can I be expecting HP wise with this setup?

what other upgrade should I consider down the road?

How much power can a 5R110 hold stock before I need a aftermarket setup?

Turbo? Intercooler? CFM+ intake manifold? HPOP?

need advice.

It all depends how much you fast you want to go/spend.

12 second daily driver. extended cab shortbox 4x4.

DKR is running 12.95 on studs, IDP tuned x3, largemouth intake manifold and 150 Dry shot of nitrous.

Which should cost under 2k (assuming you do the studs yourself).

^^^^ Yup to HaroHunter:D

Mods are in my sig...if you can do the studs under warranty (recommend) or by yourself...you are looking at approx. $3000-4000 depending on which programmer and what makes of mods you get.:thumb:

Echo on here is 13 flat (Reg cab Long Bed 4x4) on tunes and exhaust only.:thumb: But he weighs a lot less then I do.:nod:

Mine is a daily driver/work truck, I have a "stepped down" tune I use daily.:D
