The turbo on my powerstroke took a dumb! Tore it apart because I was thinking about a 360 rebuild kit with wicked wheel but the housing and everything are messed up so I have been looking at whole turbos. The ones I found that I've liked so far don't have a 360 bearing in so I'm thinking about just putting a GTP38r on it. I'm running stock injectors and a TS6 and straight pipe. What some opinions on this? When and if injectors go i plan on upgrading a little but in the mean time I'm sticking with the stock sticks. For the GTP38r do I have to modify anything (pedestal or anything)? The truck is a 99 7.3 6 speed thanks in advance!!

38r is a ball-bearing drop in charger. Great from stock-500hp

If you don't want to spring for a whole new turbo. I have a stock compressor housing and backing plate that I'll let go cheap.
