ive been fighting a water issue.
timing cover leaks water into the crank case.
I have sealed this cover up 3 times with 3 different sealants without success.
scored a bran new cover off of e-bay, I hope it cures the issue.

Do you do this for fun or would you ever bill willing to swap stuff for cash on the side? I have a supercab 99 7.3l and I would KILL to have a 4 dr plus to be honest I don't think I am going to find a 4dr for anywhere near a decent price...

I am being totally serious too, your not far, I can find a 4dr frame and cab, but I have no idea how it would all work, would it be worth it for you and me etc... I can pm you my contact info if you feel it might be worth exploring?

I don't think you are too far from me either maybe a few hours at best.

its no small task.
altho this can be something I can do.
price depends on what you want me to do.
I have a rule, if im not going to make 60/hr, I can work on my own stuff!
I got enough of it! and yes I do side jobs.
to take your super cab, and a crew cab(long bed frame only)and glue them together, would be the same amount of work that I have into my 01 SD.
140 hours,
so roughly 8k labor.
but if you gave me a crew cab on a long bed frame, that time can be cut considerably.
I work by the hour.
and theres not an issue with adding the SC, its all just work.
heres a project im working on now for a bit of side cash.
70 Chevelle SS with a LS1 and a T56 magnum.
lill bit of sheet metal message

Are you going to stretch the wheel base to make that fit? If so how much do you need?
