Looks like the dually was broke down and they didn't have a winch so they wanted to use momentum to get it on. Clearly didn't work. Id be sick of that happened to me.

Lol. Prolly because he ran out of chain/cable on it and didn't think to chock the wheels and run the come a long back out and reconnect.
