I am going to change A pillars (have a 2 gauge) because I'm adding DP Tuner switch so I was thinking should I just go with a 3 gauge pillar or a 4 gauge pillar and have an extra gauge of the manual tranny or differential. I don't know how practical a tranny or diff gauge really is but I would value some opinions.

Which gauge.... manual tranny temp or differential temp?

For an extra gauge... I would go with fuel pressure, HPOP, or even engine oil temp.. if you tow alot...

I agree with Layson, no reason to have a temp gauge on a manual trans, and what are you going to do if the rear end get's to hot? Add a diff cooler? Is this even a problem on our trucks? I haven't heard of many rear ends over heating, so I would use a more useful area to monitir, FP would be my first choice.
