I put on a set of warn manual lockouts on my 2000 F350. it has the shift on the fly turn knob. i replaced the hubs cuz the soleniod was shot, that runs the vacum pump to lock in the OEM ford hubs. being the hubs were shot i didnt want to spend an arm and a leg in putting on new OEMs. so i chose warns. now i dont need the vacum pump for the hubs so i just unpluged the solenoid cuz it drains the batterys in minutes. now when i try to engage 4x4 i dont get it... how do i solve this? do i need a new solenoid anyway? if someone could help that would be great.
