I don't like Lucas oil. If you play around with one of those spinny-gear-models at the parts counter, you can actually make the stuff foam pretty good.
If you hook a drill to it and put it in shear, it does some pretty amazing things. I think there is a YouTube video about this, somewhere.
Personally, with what I am paying for good motor oil (Rotella synthetic), I don't feel additives are necessary. That being said, I know a lot of folks here have had success with Rev-X curing injector stiction. I don't think I would use it every oil change, but perhaps occasionally, and I certainly would try it if I had a problem.
I have been known to use Marvel Mystery Oil in my antique cars, but that's different.
