I feel like my 04 6.0 is losing power as we speak, its hard to start, and just doesnt sound the same as it used to, the turbo doesnt seem as lous and i feel like when i put it to the floor im just not getting the pop i used to have, i found leaked coolant around my antifreeze resevoir, i suspect a cracked head, im calling in the morning to get the headstuds priced, but any other ideas on why i might be having a little trouble?

you mean you found coolant leaking from the degas bottle or is it white dried up similar to the look of baby powder and is it near the cap?

Yea dried up around the cap

i doubt a cracked head is going to show up as a noticeable SOP powerloss. I'd look for something else. weak ficm, low fuel pressure hpop going bad....
