I bought an 04 350 that had a cab fire. I bought it basically for the front and rear ranchhand bumpers and the bed. But it has a lift and nice wheels with a set of Mickey Thompson tires that are 50 percent or better wondering if anyone has ever put a used lift on their truck

Youre good, swap the parts.

Front and rear leaf springs
Front pitman arm (depending on lift)
Front sway bar links
Trac bar or drop trac bar bracket
Shocks
Carrier bearing drop bracket (if you need one)

If you have a late 1999-2003 7.3L your all set. If you have an early 1999 front suspension you’ll need to:

new square u bolts
E99 pitman arm
E99 track bar unless you drill out the track bar holes for the late 1999-2003 size
Leaf springs have a slightly different pin diameter so it may fit just fine.

eveything else assuming misc. hardware needs should be fine though.
