Hey I'm fresh to the group, but everything I've read, the general response is post a picture and someone can get it pretty spot on.
I bought the truck with the lift already installed, and it's time to replace the shocks all around. But I'm just not sure what the lift is and what size shocks I need for the front and rear. The truck is on 37x13.50R20s. Thanks in advance and if yall have a suggestion on shocks that are reliable and won't break the bank that would be helpful.

Your best bet is to pull one shock on each axle. Compress it fully and measure. Extend fully and measure. Get a shock with those measurements.
Alternatively, you can try taking a static measurement at ride height and call/ email Fox or Bilstein. They might be able to fit you that way.
