I believe the rear bumpers were all the same up to '07

Just the front changed IIRC

You can use an 08+ if you change the "pin" that comes off the driver's side to a newer one... that is my intention when I finally find a tailgate for a decent price.

correct, order the drivers side hinge..and all will bolt right up

If any one wants to know the part number from ford for the hinge (ford calls it a roller) is F65Z99430B38AA thats the drivers side i think the other side is 4L3Z830B39AA that should be the passenger side

I got both sides so it would fit in there just right.
