Gonna hook my truck to the sled this weekend. I have a 95 regular cab long bed. 5 speed, dana 60 swap. Posi front and rear with 4:10's and im runnin a darn near new set of 305x70x16 Cooper AT3's. Never hooked to a sled before. I've read through a few posts on here and know to get the sled moving before romping on it. Im gonna use 4low 2nd gear, my question is how much air do I need to run in my tires in the front and back? I know most everyone there is gonna be runnin chips/programmers, injectors and probably different turbos and what. So the only advantage I will have over them is probably the locker up front cause I dont have a chip. Gonna do the resistor mod but should I use the 4.7 or 10k? Any advice is appreciated guys. Thanks.

Without a chip or other mods 2nd is gonna be all you can really handle. you don't want too much air in the tires. You want them to squat and bite in but not roll the tread, taking a guess I would say 40-50lbs of air or so.

I got a buddy who is willing to let me use his ts 6 position burned at 140, if it works with my ecm. If it doesn't, he has an Edge Evo I can use. Don't like the evolutions but its better than the resistor mod.

Hopefully you have an exhaust and intake, and good thing you have a stick, edge eats obs auto's and be mindful of egt's while pulling, if you don't have gauges don't do it
