Here is the described problem, RPM was around 4000+ and the boost was around
25-30psi. The pedal to the floor. I was
doing about 40mph max towing the trailer
totaling about 9000lbs. The odd thing was
that when not towing, it will do 70mph going up Gorman with only round 2000rpm with may be 15psi boost.
Truck seem to run perfectly when no towing.

4,000 RPM's wow. You should take your truck in and have it checked out. I pull that same grade at 62 mph in 4th gear, rpm's are at 2700 and still have pedal left. My 5th wheel wiegh's in around 12,232lbs loaded. I have an 06 250 with 4.30 gears.

We did take truck into Sunrise Ford in Fontana, left it there a week and they said they could find nothing wrong. How can that be?
