Welcome to the org, and sorry to hear about the stalling. You need to find a way to retreieve some codes (they dont always show the light) and also a way to monitor some engine sensors to give you a idea of whats going on to diagnose. This will not only save you a TON OF MONEY but also make diagnosing and fixing the issue way easier.
Do you have a smart phone that you can download an app to or a Laptop you can donload some (free) sofware too? Requires either usb to OBDII or bluetooth to OBDII depending on your laptop or phone or sometimes even tablet?
Forscan works incredible and is free for windows laptops and phone. Also Torpro I think is like $5 for android phones and apple. But im 99% forscanlite is free or cheap for apple too
