There is a little red line going to the wastegate. Remove that line from the wastegate and plug it on a bolt or something it fits on close to the wastegate. Myself and many others just use the intake clamp on the intake tube going to the turbo.

HP Gains I don't think there really is any. But I have noticed faster spool up with the waste gate disconnected. Also higher boost readings on my boost gauge.

I been running around with my wastegate disconnected for a while now. I have no negative things yet to say about it.
