I have a 2012 Ford F-350 6.7 crew cab long bed that is my daily driver. Currently has 172K on it and has had no issues besides the intercooler boot blew off because of that crappy plastic part and EGR sensors a long while back. I drive about 25-30k miles per year and tow moderate loads about 5-10 times per month.
Oil and other regular maintenance has been done every 5-7000 miles with no missed appointments.

I am wandering what exactly would be best to replace, or what should I add when I hit 200K.

Wheel bearings, body mounts, suspension components, ball joints, tie rods, any other components? What would be best to change out?

I am going to delete it at some point soon, but what products should I use?

Thank y'all and God Bless!

Body Mount for sure. Have front end checked by competent shop. Maybe do brakes? Flush all fluids? Steering Stabilizer for sure. Shocks?

I'm wanting to "bulletproof" my 2012 ford powerstroke and trying to find a place near Waco to get it done the right way for a good price. I'm wanting head studs, oil cooler, all filters, gaskets, and a full delete. Anyone know a reputable shop near Waco that could do it the right way? Ballpark price?

The 6.7 has shown no need for any of that stuff but possibly the delete and even then you won't be finding information on that part over a public forum. Good luck

Yeah the delete I get. And good luck on that. But why all the other stuff?

No reason to install studs or any of the other things you mentioned. If someone sells you on "bullet proofing" your 6.7L you are making their house payment.

Heavy hit it on the head..they're kinda bulletproof from the factory. The 6.7 is anyways.

If you're looking to make some horsepower, find a local shop to tune it and let her eat. Won't find much help around here about deletes. But all you'd need is a pipe and a tune and some common sense.
