Changing the injectors in my truck and noticed the turbo looked like this? It spins free with no play in the bearings

Some oxidation on the housing is OK, nothing to worry about as long as shaft spins free.

I was referring to the nut on the end of the shaft? Looks like it was ground flat on one side? Like it was machined.

I know....kind of an idiot response, but I couldn't find anything that looked out of place besides the dirt, probably from the CCV, and oxidation on the housing.
