Is there a way to flush out the old oil between oil changes? I don't mean from the HPOP or anything.

No, I'm not ever going to use amsoil, I am thinking about swapping to synthetic and I want to make sure as much muck is gone as possible.

Maybe something to dump in the crankcase for a very short while to loosen gunk immediately prior to the oil change?

i'm by no means an expert. nor did I stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night but...

i think the concern would be leaving any 'gunk' in the system after it's been loosened. the use of high detergent oils:dunno: over time may eliminate gunk little by little in a more manageable way....?

I've heard tons of folks here caution against any sort of chemical oil flush.
I'm sure they'll chime in..

pour a gal or two of diesel in and let it drain out good.

No need to flush anything out. Especially with our type of injectors. Comercially available flushes will do damage. And I wouldnt run diesel through the oil side either
