Hey yall I have a not start after full rebuild. When I have been cranking it for about 12 sec. a fast ticking starts along with a cel. My ipr duty cycle says 94% and icp is zero. When the cel and ticking starts ipr drops to about 40% and Icp goes to around 2400 psi. What the heck is going on? The hpop isn't new but the icp and ipr are from Riffraff. My fuel pulse width is correct throughout.

It takes a LOT of cranking to clear the air from the HPO system. Some remove the glow plugs and crank away to save the starter. Once started it will probably still run crappy for the first bunch of miles.
