hey guys. recently ive done some maintenance/ minor upgrades on the ol girl... replaced cracked Y-pipe, oil change to rotella t6, coolant flush (made sure to use distilled for final flush and motorcraft gold coolant), fuel filters, mishimoto 200 thermostat, and TSD daily street tune... and it seems that after i did the oil change from regular rotella to the T6, it started getting a miss at idle. and ONLY when it warms up past like 140 oil temp. i figured stiction would be more prominent when oil would be colder or thicker? maybe not im no expert lol. it threw a code here and there for either p0300 for random miss detected or p0306 for cyl 6 miss. almost sounds like it goes into a lope. no smoke. and once i give it any throttle it goes away almost instantly. no lack of power at all. so i tried some archoil fuel and oil additive. it did get a little bit better i suppose its only been in here a week. maybe it will take more time? not sure but i really hope i dont need a FICM, Injectors.. thanks for any help! greatly appreciated!

Sounds like #6 injector may be going on you. Have you been monitoring your PID's when it's acting up? Anything look off?

Your sensor outputs that you read on you monitor. Such as oil temp, coolant temp, boost, etc.

Oh yeah. I've noticed nothing unusual. I'm not sure what my levels should be at idle such as pulse width and stuff. But temps are all fine other than oil gets really high because I probably need an oil cooler. But I don't drive it long enough currently to get that hot

What are FICM, ICP pressure and IPR% at idle when it's acting up?

Ficm is 48.5 volts. ICP is 850ish because its unplugged because my sensor is bad.I think that's the default preset pressure.. But it doesn't jump or drop during miss which I can't figure out I'm not sure I can read IPR but I just replaced IPR valve last fall.

What is the problem with your ICP? Gonna need to replace that for accurate diagnosis though.

Lol yeah. Sensor is bad so when its plugged in it runs like ****. Unplug it and it runs fine just runs off a preset pressure. Idk mines been unplugged for about a year with no problems. I could either be onto something or I'm an idiot and it may cause internal damage. Just been so tight on money getting more important **** done as far as maintainance.
