Has anyone installed the uplifter switched from an 05-07 in a 03-04? if so how was it done, was it just plug the kit in and connect some wires?

In an 05 or newer the switches have a plug that just plugs into the fusebox, but 99-04 Superdutys don't have the plug in the fusebox so you will just have to wire them in yourself.

It shouldn't be to hard with a wiring diagram, so here is one: https://www.fleet.ford.com/TRUCKBBAS/non-html/Q117.pdf

got everything in and working. had to change the lower dash pannel, cup holder, add the pull down compartment, and the little panel with the hook on it .I also had to do a little trim here and there for everything to fit right. As far as the wiring goes i bought a 4 fuse fuse block and ran a 10 gauge amp wire off the battery to the fuse block to run power to each of the four switches. Tied the switch relay box in with the ignition switch so the switches only have power with the key on. Over all was an somewhat easy job, hardest part was getting the panel to fit right even that was fairly easy.
