First off I don't know if this is proper place to post this its an electrical problem.

Anyways. I was driving home the other night and noticed my passenger side headlight was not working.(Which is really weird because i just replaced both bulbs recently and they are top end syvania's) Anyways i got home and turned on my high beams and BOTH high beams work but the passenger low beam is not. I checked the fuses and correct me if i am wrong but there are TWO seperate fuses for low beams and in SD's they are under steering column. I replaced the fuse and still NOTHING. SO i went and bought a new light socket and reattached the wires, praying that it was a dirty socket. Still a no luck. I hooked up my volt reader and and attached to a good ground and the high beams read but the low beams do not. So i went to fuse box and got a good ground checked and it seemed to be reading. So my conclusion is the wire is bad from the fuse to the light? Or does anyone else got any ideas? Thanks
