I have a friend that just lost the engine in his 91 F350 7.3. My question is this, will a 1992 7.3 go right in. The 92 is out a van and had a factory turbo, the truck has a Banks sidewinder on it. Any help will be appreciated.

You should be good to go. The turbo doesnt make anything too much harder.
The only thing that could be different is the way the motor is mounted in the van.
But the engine should drop in and bolt up just fine.

If the van motor has a banks turbo, its not the factory turbo kit. The factory turbo is an ATS designed kit.

You should be good to go. The motor mounts are the same I'm pretty sure.
