I cleaned my Exhaust Back Pressure sensor and tube today.
While under the truck (2000 f250) I noticed a tube that appears to be cut, and not connected to anything, and I couldn’t tell where it originated from.
I guess it’s possible that it’s a vent? but I have no clue.

The tube can be see in this picture next to the EBP tube.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

That’s great news.

Thanks so much gents.

I feel kinda stupid for not being able to figure it out but I was very hot and tired at the time, frustrated too.
That EBP tube was a PITA to remove without damaging. I should have ordered a new setup and not worried about it.

^^ That's one of those things you don't think about too much....until ya see -or- need it.

How do you drain? I have a little yellow valve on the fuel bowl but don't see it connected to anything. It looks like it just drains into the valley.

^^ If you open the yellow valve, it should drain out the tube.
