You can run 37's with a 4.5" lift if you stick with an 8.5-9" wide wheel with a 5.5" backspace you will be good up front. In the rear big 37's like Toyo's can still contact the back of the wheel well when the suspension compresses. If you go with the full leafs from Carli that will move the axle forward slightly. Also the 4.5" Pure kits have blocks that can move the axle forward a bit as well.:thumb:

Is that a 12.50? I used a 13.50 22 that is actually 14" wide per toyos website.

Your issue is the wheel and not the tire. A 9.5" wide wheel with 4.5" of backspace will stick out 1.25" more than a 9" wide wheel with 5.5" of backspace. That 1.25" might as well be a mile when trying to run 37's on these trucks.
