2005 Ford F350 6.0L Diesel

I bought this truck two weeks ago, I replaced the dead fuse for the horn and once it was replaced I locked the door with the remote and the alarm sounded and the horn got stuck... I removed the fuse and when i put it back I get the same problem?

Do you guys have any ideas what it could be?

The wiring is grounded somewhere (I'm pretty sure the horns are negative triggered). Do you have an aftermarket alarm?

No aftermarket alarm installed to my knowledge, my horn does not work though, only the double lock with the keyless entry will ring

This does not change my statement. The bcm files the horn when using the remote. You have a ground problem. The horn doesn't work at the wheel for the same reason the horn locks on with the remote.
