i just bought my 1995 6months ago and ... symptoms-wont start if temp outside is below 75 unless i plug it in or use startin fluid
No wait to start light

go into the 7.3 tech files part of the forum, and sift through the articles. There's one or two that deal with the GP's, GPR's etc.

Also, a subscription to Alldatadiy.com might help. Better than most manuals available.
