I've got this clunk, i narrowed it down to the T case. Its a 95 F250 4x4. Its got a Borg Warnner 1356 T case. Has anyone had any problems with there's? It happens when ya step on the go peddle or when ya let off of it. has anyone rebuilt there T case? Where can i find some info on rebuilding it? :dunno:

Any good trans shop can rebuild it for you. Last one I had done was $1200, sure you don't have a U joint going bad? I would take it a trans shop and have them check it out, if they say it is the TC and they rebuild it and the clunk is still there, they owe you a refund, but if you simply tell them to rebuild it, it's your dime.
