I run a 2000 F350/ 7.3 with about 260k miles

I have changed Orings in the past, as recently as the last six weeks

My deal is how long they last, or rather don't last....

This set sprung a leak and now I need more Orings

Are some Orings better than others? I realize these are under great pressure, but geeeeez

o-rings are not all created equal , are you using viton replacement orings? or just regular black orings?

If not viton they are not rated for fuel and oil.

Like others have asked, what kind of o-rings are you using? The extreme conditions they'll endure, require extreme quality o-rings. Ford offers a kit that includes the 3 o-rings and the sealant required to reseal the hpop fittings. They should last just as long as the stockers did...

Believe it's Ford # 2C3Z9G804AB
