Alright i have replaced 2 HPOP du-to this

Directly under the out put lines on the pump there is a 11m bolt about 1/2 long with a slick shaft at the end, It's at the Back of the IPR?:dunno: The pump i replaced do to heavy oil leaking out.. i looked in all my ford service books and nothing

so whats your question? the IPR has a nut, that when you take it off, and slide the solenoid thing off, the 1/2" shaft becomes about 2 1/4" long. Is that whats leaking? It is probably the oring if thats the case.

noh it's under the two high pressure output lines is a 11m bolt

yes i looked at one today at work and your right it a 13mm what is IT

Yes two pump and i have done over 100 of the common oil leeks.. that was getting me iv never see them leak out like that b4 the fire truck had 26,659 mile and truck #2 185,000

i mean im trying to save the next customer a 700$ or 800$ bill? (I Only Buy motorcraft HPOP)

no just customers complaining about oil leek on the fire-truck and very bad id put a mirror under it and it was like a water foist..

in the ford HPOP kit is said DO NOT REMOVE in caps i think or i read it some were???
