I got a 2000 Excursion with the following mods:

EBPV delete, IAH delete, Banks 1.0 exhaust housing, banks compressor wheel, AFE Stage 2 intake, Banks Wastegate Actuator, Banks 3.5"muffler, 3.5 downpipe and exhaust, Superchips tuner, FR crossover.

Does anyone have an idea on how much it should make? I have a local tuner in town that mainly deals with 6.0 and 7.3 tuning.

Also does anyone have a 1/4 estimate? Its on 35s with 3.73 gears.

Who knows with the Supercrips. If you had a real custom chip on there I could say somewhere in the 320whp/600-650tq zone... with the supercraps, who knows.

I'm going to guess 17 sec in the 1/4.

What tunes would you recommend for best drivability and performance?

Beans. Hands down the best tuner for these 7.3's in my opinion. If you cannot afford, go with Tony Wildman. He's a second.

I've only run a PHP chip, Bill writes some awesome tunes. With the mods in my sig and the chip on 120 race I ran a 16.2 in the 1/4. That's why I guessed yours at 17...

Gearhead, beans or TW. And my guess on hp would be around 270. I've driven a truck with superchips and custom tunes, the superchips highest setting is around the sotp feel eco setting from most tuners.

I am looking into getting the F6 DP-Tuner , with the 120 race, 80 eco, 80 tow and some others. What would I see with the DP-tuner in 120 race?
