i bought a dana 60 from an 1989 f350. it has the king pin style. the front dana 60 pinion has a lot of slop in it. and i need to get it fixes asap as a truck pull is coming up soon that i wanna enter in. what is the easiest way of pulling out the inner axles, so i can get the carrier out to fix the pinion.

Should be the same as the ball joint version. Remove hubs, remove spindles, pull shafts, pull carrier, pull pinion and beat the bearings out with a brass drift. It's not a easy thing to do and you will need to check backlash as the new bearing might change the depth slightly.
