Does anyone have Chris's direct email? I'm looking for some info on all the tunes he offers.

I understand that calling would be the quickest. I've called some shops in the US before, from here in Canada. Last time, the call cost me $26. That's why I'm looking for an email address. The email address on their site doesn't exist, as I said in post #1.call Chris B at the shop, much faster that way. There just arent enough hours in the day for them to get all the e-mails that bombard them.
Lol that doesn't sound promising. I already have the Looney tune from Vivian at Quick Tricks, but I've heard the SPD is way better in terms of power and shifts...which is obvs why I want to try it out.Good luck getting in touch with them dude. When I got my SPD tune from them it took a solid week tryin to get the tune ordered and another week before i received it. I have sent two people there way and both people have got sick of trying to get in touch with Chris and went with other peoples tunes. It really sucks that they can't get their customer service up to par because they do have some great tunes.
Awesome, I'll give that email a try and see what happens!
Initial tunes took 3 months? Wow. That's ridiculous. I would ask for a refund after two weeks MAX.I've had great luck with tsd, tunes quick and great service. I don't live in Edmonton but close enough. You need a better phone plan.
Btw I had some tunes from another company, initial tunes took about 3 months, did not work properly then after a year of trying to get functioning tune files I was given my money back.
Im not sure what time frame most expect for tunes, I think Chris was a few days, but I still would not be upset even if it were a few weeks.
