OBS trucks are a little different than the SD's. Take off the caliper and bracket, then take the 3 screws out and pull the locking hub caps. 2 small screwdrivers to pull the lock ring out of the locking hub, then thread a cap screw in and pull the locking mechanism out. Remove the hub nut, the lock ring, and the other hub nut, then pull the rotor off.
